Our herd of over 300 Holstein-Friesian milking cows are bred from some of the finest stock in Australia and provide the best tasting, freshest milk available.
Our herd is milked twice daily, and guests are welcome to view the afternoon milking between the hours of 3.00 – 4.00pm.
The bulk of milk produced by Gallo’s, is processed at the Dairy Farmers factory in Malanda. The rest is processed in our own cheese factory on site to produce our famous, award-winning cheese.
